15 checks to make before you submit your thesis.

Use this practical checklist to catch common document and consistency issues before handing in your work. It covers structure, research alignment, tables and figures, references and the final PDF check.

  • Research aim and questions align
  • Contents and page numbers updated
  • Tables and figures are numbered
  • In-text citations match references

The checklist is a general guide. Your university's current rules take priority.

Support that builds understanding, not dependence.

You should know what changed in your document, why it changed and how to explain your own research when your supervisor asks questions.

About Thesis Support Riga

Practical help, explained in plain English.

Thesis Support Riga is an independent academic-support service based in Riga. The focus is practical: make the document easier to follow, make the analysis easier to understand, and help students identify the next action in their own research.

Before any work starts, the scope is agreed. If a request falls outside the service or conflicts with a university's academic-integrity rules, it will not be accepted as proposed.

Frequently asked questions

Before we get started.

How is the final price calculated?

The listed prices are starting points. The final quote depends on document length, current condition, complexity, required outputs and deadline. You will receive the scope and price before agreeing to start.

What does “two revision rounds” mean?

Two rounds of reasonable changes within the original agreed scope are included. A new topic, new dataset, major structural change or additional chapter is outside that scope and may require a revised quote.

Can you follow my university's formatting rules?

Yes, formatting can be checked against the current guidelines, template or instructions you provide. The quote will state which elements are included.

Can you analyse my survey?

Support can cover method selection, data checking, suitable calculations, charts and explaining the results. The work uses genuine data, and the interpretation should accurately reflect what the data shows.

Do you write a thesis for a student?

No. Services focus on coaching, feedback on student-written work, language editing, formatting, methodology guidance and analysis support. The student must author and take responsibility for the submitted thesis.

How do I send my files?

Use the pre-submission audit for an initial PDF/DOCX review up to 10 MB. For paid services, contact us first and an appropriate transfer method can be agreed. Do not send sensitive personal information or identifiable research-participant data without a clear need and permission.
